We share limited data only with service providers necessary to operate our business:

• PayMongo — processes QR Ph payments; receives your name and email to create payment records
• Resend — delivers our transactional emails to your email address
• Hosting and database providers — store our application data securely

These providers only process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

We retain inquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. If you'd like your inquiry data deleted, contact us and we will remove it unless we are legally required to keep it.
